Truly an amazing game! So many different combinations to choose from, it ensures every playthrough is unique. The game has a fair share of trail and error, but it's fun discovering the combinations and what does and doesn't work well. My biggest gripe is the sequel system, I'd prefer to be able to put my games into 'series' and have spinoffs that aren't necessarily sequels (and have them grouped as a series on my game overview). The game timeline menu could use an overhaul regardless.

Easily one of my favourite games of all time. I had first heard about the game in a YouTube video from around a decade ago talking about anti-piracy methods, with the piracy setting being permanently applied if the code found that it was pirated. Making games and keeping a balance between the different aspects adds a good challenge as you go on, the gradual unlocks of mechanics to research was satisfying, the commendations are gratifying, and the full success at the end is so worth a play!

its just game dev story unpixelated... so it looks cleaner, and is way easier on the eyes. but im super annoyed with the strong arming popup making me take a loan at double cost or juat lose. like- idk. annoying. lots of games allow reasonable loans with interest that you pay back when you can or in a decent amount of time. im just not sure im willing to start over every time one game tanks.
